I had the honour and pleasure of working with Bill at County Hall, Taunton many years ago and can honestly say that he was one of the nicest individuals that I have ever known - one of life's rare true gentleman in every respect. Rest in peace 'old lad' you have left a huge impression in a lot of lives.
